August Western Slope Whiskey Club Tasting Event

Clark & Co.'s Distillery is our newest western slope distillery which opened earlier this month. They'll host our August whiskey club event.

Tyler Blackwelder, the head distiller at Clark and Co.'s, will take us on a tour of the distillery floor and share his distilling process. After the tour, Tyler will take us through a tasting of four spirits with background on each.

Come early and enjoy dinner and drinks before the event, including a whiskey club cocktail just for us. Here is their menu. If you find a whiskey, or other spirit that evening that you must add to your bar, they have plenty of bottles for sale in their tasting room as well as some great distillery merchandise.
