Indulge in an exquisite dining experience as we present our Fall Whiskey Dinner featuring the renowned Laws Whiskey House. Enjoy a three-course menu meticulously crafted by the talented Chefs Ryan and Holly from Dynamite Gal.

About the Distillery: Laws Whiskey House, rooted in Colorado tradition, sources grains from two local family farms to create whiskeys that truly reflect Colorado's unique terroir. Since their first release a decade ago, this award-winning distillery has introduced several expressions of whiskey, including Colorado’s first Bonded-in-Bond whiskeys.

About the Chefs: Chef Ryan, a seasoned culinary professional with years of experience in the valley, and Chef Holly, a classically trained French chef and former catering business owner, now operate the beloved Dynamite Gal food truck. Together, this mother-son duo has crafted a special menu for our Fall Whiskey Dinner that perfectly complements the selected Laws whiskeys.
