Enhance Your Sensory Skills

We'll start the year by refreshing our nose and palate. Using various items and the Flavor Camp® Tasting system, we'll first familiarize our noses with aromas like Baked, Candied, Bright, Golden, Cereal, Funky, Coastal, and more. Some items are also edible, allowing you to awaken your palate.

Once your "whiskey tasting senses" are fine-tuned, we'll nose Heads and Tails from the distillation process to identify some examples of aromas you don't want to find in your whiskey. Then you can practice with three different types of whiskey to identify some beautiful aromas and flavors of whiskey using your Flavor Camp® examples.
