February Whiskey Club

For our February Whiskey Club event, we are going to explore bourbons from two different Kentucky distilleries. We'll compare different mash bills (grain recipe) and how grains impact aroma and flavor. We'll also explore how proof and introducing different wood to an aging bourbon can influence nose and taste. 

This is a great event for the beginner as well as the experienced bourbon enthusiast to practice some sensory. We'll do the first round blind, then introduce each bourbon and revisit each pour to further explore mash bill, proof, and finish. 

Base Camp Provisions will create a special cocktail for the event and provide snack-size charcuterie.
