Westland Distillery, a Seattle-based maker of American Single Malt, is our featured guest for August. As you know, at the end of 2024, the TTB officially recognized American Single Malt as the newest whiskey category in the U.S. Westland Distillery was among the founding members of the American Single Malt Commission, which played a key role in defining ASM and worked diligently with other members and the TTB to get the new whiskey category acknowledged.
