Join us on April 2nd at 6:30pm for our spring Whiskey Dinner featuring Deerhammer Distilling whiskeys.
Founded in 2010, Deerhammer is located in Buena Vista, Colorado and crafts nearly all types of whiskey, but their cornerstone contribution is American Single Malt. Lenny Eckstein, co-founder and distiller, will share the history of Deerhammer and how he creates his whiskeys as we taste and sip through this amazing paired dinner.
Chef Coleman Bowers, owner of Dango Burrito, has created a four-course tasting menu and paired each course with either a cocktail or a neat pour using five of Deerhammer's whiskeys.
